Add footprint select dropdown to component chooser, serious refactoring

- DIALOG_CHOOSE_COMPONENT has footprint select widget
- FOOTPRINT_SELECT_WIDGET
- FOOTPRINT_CHOICE widget (customized wxComboCtrl)
