The ReloadFootprint function now exists in the base class with 1
argument, but this frame already had a similar function with no
arguments. Rename this one to RegenerateFootprint to prevent warnings.
windowClosing() calls Destroy() when the wxCloseEvent has no veto.
This is fine for usual EDA_BASE_FRAME frames, but not for frames shown in modal mode.
In modal mode, windowClosing() should not call Destroy(), because the calling frame
expects the instance not deleted after closing.
(the caller has to call Destroy() only once the frame can be actually deleted)

wxWidgets has several bugs that result in cell editors being closed
right after they're opened. There are two wxWidgets hacks to
partially address this: the SetInSetFocus() hack, and a slow-click
hack. We used to try and work-around these bugs ourselves for
single-click access, but this changelist moves those over to
wxWidget's slow-click hack.

Remove a few #define relative to the wxWidgets 2.8 version, no more supported.
footprint wizard frame: now shows messages from footprints python scripts. Especially usefull when a parameter is incorrect. Fix also an other issue (IO error) with some scripts which were usint the print command to output messages (now they use the nes message window.
* Add hot key handled return indicator to DRAW_FRAME::GeneralControl() and
DRAW_FRAME::OnHotKey() and all classed derived from DRAW_FRAME.
* Add code to all GeneralControl() and OnHotKey() functions to return true if
hot key was handled.
* Call event skip in DRAW_PANEL::OnKeyEvent() when key event is not handled to
allow default menu event handler to function properly.
